Costs vary by scope, country, type of business, and platform. A small business site will cost less, while larger custom builds with advanced features will be higher. Variables include brand assets, copywriting, number of page templates, integrations, how many languages the site supports, and whether we migrate content. Plan for ongoing maintenance and updates. I provide tailored estimates after a short call to clarify goals, audience, and timeline.

WordPress is good for flexibility and content-heavy sites. Webflow can be faster for design-driven marketing sites. Framer is great for motion and product-style pages. Drag-and-drop platforms like Squarespace are good for quick launches and require less maintenance. I recommend the platform that fits your features, team, budget, and long-term maintenance plan.

Most projects take 4 to 7 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope, feedback speed, and content readiness. I share a clear plan with milestones for discovery, IA and wireframes, design in Figma, build or handoff, QA, launch, and training. On a platform like Squarespace, timelines can be shorter. Larger builds with more complexity can take longer.

I start with a discovery meeting to confirm goals and available assets. I follow with a platform recommendation and estimate. Once approved, I explore a few look-and-feel options for the UI, suggest design approaches, then create a sitemap and low-fi wireframes. Depending on the chosen platform, I either design pages in Figma first for approval or design directly in the platform. After build, we review content, complete QA, and prepare for training and launch. The first three months of post-launch support are usually free. You see work in stages and approve each step.

Yes. I collaborate with teams across Canada, the US, and worldwide, including Europe and the MENA region. I work asynchronously and schedule meetings to fit your time zone.

Either works. If you have a writer, I align design to the messaging. If you need help, I can provide outlines and page briefs or recommend a writer. Clear copy and page intent improve UX and search.

Baseline SEO is included: page titles, meta descriptions, logical headings, image alt text, clean URLs, internal links, basic schema where appropriate, and performance best practices. I can also advise on content topics and FAQs that match what people search for. Advanced SEO can be added if needed.
-
Yes. I follow practical WCAG-aligned basics like colour contrast, keyboard focus, descriptive labels, and semantic structure. Accessibility improves usability and search.
-
You own your final brand assets and website deliverables once invoices are paid. I provide exports and source files we agree to at the start, such as Figma design files and logo assets.
-
Yes. I handle content migration, set up redirects for changed URLs, preserve title and description patterns, and keep analytics and Google Search Console intact to minimize ranking loss.
-
You can choose light training with a handoff, or a monthly support block for updates, small features, and improvements. We can adjust based on your team’s comfort with the platform.

The best way to get started is to book a time to meet.
